Añadir el Blog a las búsquedas de Yahoo! – Domains – Virtual – Texas

En unpost anterior mostraba cómo aparecer en los resultados de búsqueda de Google, en esta oportunidad, mostraré cómo aparecer en las búsquedas de Yahoo!

Paso 1: Registrando el blog:

Primero necesitamos una cuenta enYahoo!, si ya tienes una, saltamos al siguiente paso.
Necesitar ir aYahoo Submit Site en donde aparecerán distintas opciones, deberás ir a ''Submit your Site for Free'' tal como aparece en la imagen:

Ahora, debemos presionar en ''Submit a Website or Webpage'' y agregarás la URL de tu blog.

Envías la URL y listo.

Paso 2: Verificando la URL:

Ahora que ya tenemos el sitio en envío, deberás verificarlo o de lo contrario no se agregará al índice del buscador de Yahoo!.

Primero deberás ir al panel de la izquierda e ir a ''My Sites'':

Deberás escoger la URL de tu blog, y aparecerá a la izquierda la opción ''Authentication''.

Seguido de esto, mostrará 2 formas de verificación, usaremos ''By Adding a Meta tag to my home page''.

Ahora nos mostrará un código al cual debemos hacer unos cambios:

El código por defecto se verá así:

META name="y_key" content="XXXXXXXXXXXX" /

Deberás cambiarMETA pormeta, de tal forma que quede así:

meta name="y_key" content="XXXXXXXXXXXX" /

Ahora que tenemos el código, debemos pegarlo en nuestra plantilla.

Primero vamos a ''Diseño/Edición HTML'' y buscas el siguiente código:

head

Debajo de este deberás pegar la meta tag y guardaremos los cambios:

Ahora volvemos a la página de Yahoo! y presionamos en ''Ready to Authenticate'' y listo.

Consideraciones:

• Recuerda que la meta etiqueta no puede ser eliminada, ya que será periodicamente revisada por los Bots de Yahoo.
• Si cambias la plantilla, deberás reingresar la meta etiqueta.
• Deberás esperar unas cuantas semanas para aparecer en los resultados de búsqueda, no es inmediato.
